Can anybody identify this movie from the plot?

I saw a movie some time ago and unfortunately didn't save it. I would really like to rewatch it but wasn't able to find the movie, even after doing extended research.

The plot:
Husband has an accident and is in a wheelchair. His wife has to work at a beauty shop/massage parlor to pay the bills. Then gets a load of aphrodisiac, is trained in a small room with vibrator etc. and then made to work in an undergound club/cafe.

Any help is appreciated.
