She seems to have had some work done and makes herself up to look different, but there are some telling signs (her facial profile, her butt shape, etc.)
She works at a hostess club, but sometimes does professional photos and the occasional YouTube video of some sort. Be aware she has a pierced tongue (as previously suspected here), a pierced navel and tattoos now, so she'll turn off a lot of her old fans (myself included).

i love her old look. i really don't understand why some go under the knife even if they already look good. but if that makers her happy what can we do.

Her last couple DVDs were more “fake innocent” (very much leaning into eroticism), but I know what you mean, especially for her first few DVDs. It’s more common outside Japan (think Miley Cyrus), but sadly looks like it’s seeping into Japan. At least it seems like she hasn’t totally gone off the deep end (drugs, prostitution, etc.), at least not that we know of.
