I just saw two new H Anime(Enbi) in 720P . First, I'm not sure Enbi was even released in HD, so is it an Upscale of a 480p rip? Are Maho Sub releases generally good or bad? Are there any sites with english subtitles to new manga - the Maho downloads seem to have Chinese subtitles.

yes. maho are chinese subs - since i don't undertand chinese, i don't know if the subs are good or bad :D

yes, Enbi only exists as DVD-Rips (as far as i know), so if it's 720p, it's probably an upscale.
