When clicking FileJoker webpage to download the file, the webpage shows that internet explore has been blocked to enter.

Your problem is that you're using Internet Explorer.. Do you have to use it for some reason? Really suggest getting Firefox, Chromium, or Vivaldi..

I have used Chrome after finding this problem. But I can't enter it

I want to know what problem with the IE & Chrome in my computer.

I will try to use Firefox. Thanks a lot
