I don’t think you need to actually make a Toracoin account (then again, I think I already had a general Toranoana account.). It’s not that hard.
I have tried to, no luck sadly. I suggested her to investigate a bit on paypal to receive more overseas support, but either she doesn't want to go through the hassle of it or she is not so much in favour of doing it.
paypal is the problem, they started it off by taking a moral high ground, by blocking payments to any girl, whatever the reason, and in some occasions they blocked money going to good causes
visa and mastercard followed suit
The moral high ground thing is the official story, the real story being that they just don’t want to deal with what they see as a headache (the alleged underage content that caused PornHub to basically kill itself).
Even though that isn’t their fault plus the idea of a credit card company acting moralistic is kind of comedic in itself.
