I like a lot of the videos featuring "amateur" actresses, though I'm not sure how many of these girls are actually amateurs or first-timers. When I find an "amateur" I like, I can often find other videos they appear in. For this one, INOT-002, I can't find any information on her, does anyone know of any other videos she's in or what name she goes by in the business? I don't know how many of these amateurs are one-time only performers, but I hope this one does more. What do you all think of amateur actresses in general and can anyone shed light on how often these actresses presented as amateurs actually are amateur or first-timers?

Some top idols, I'd say the top S-rank idols, would never appear name-less, they are excluded.
Many idols, even very famous ones, except the exclusive contract girls abovementioned, would make some "amateur" videos with their names completely missing or abbreviated. E.g. GOUL-001, the title lists no known idols, and if you search by the idol actually appearing you won't find this video. But from the cover (but not any of the official databases) you found ゆう(33) and みお(37). Well anyone who only casually follow JAV can match ゆうYuu to Yuu Shinoda 篠田ゆう and みお Mio to Mio Kimishima 君島みお. I absolutely cannot explain the logic here. no one would look at that cover and say "oh hey a real civilian woman (actually two of them) convinced by pickup artist to make porn, I'll buy this because yeah fresh face!)
There are some formerly (semi-) famous idols who are no longer popular enough to get solo-works (with her name on the cover) they get (un-announced) contract by genre studios (Switch, Hunter, Scoop) as fake amatuers. But actually fans of these studio can 100% name each of them by face and/or some body parts. It's cooperative doublethink between studios and fans, we pretend to make amateur videos and you keep buying them every month, but hey every month you see the almost same set of performers. These performers only get a few (or zero) solo titles (with name on cover) per year, so mostly they appear nameless. So at least I can follow the business logic here. For the customers who can't or won't Google, they may swallow the white lie that these are real world civilians.
There are some almost-genuine amateurs who appeared in a few vids, never got a publicly known name and then disappeared without a trace. Some are career prostitutes who join the JAV scene for only a few vids, some are true amateur who are real world students, OL, housewifes who need money for a thing or two and just made a few quicke yen and disappeared and not even industry insiders can keep a trace on them.

Great info, thank you very much. I like to find those rare cases where true amateurs appear, understanding that these are as you say, a tiny minority. Not always the best performances but they still appeal to me. Thank you for the info you posted and the links.
In that case check out MGStage, they are kinda the junior league for JAV. Most typical are new girls make a few MGStage titles then made a formal debut in one of the main studios. Sometimes a girl made a few MGStage titles then quit even before formally made JAV. Sometimes a JAV veteran come back "down" to MGStage and pretend to be newbie. So you really get all kinds of girls in all kinds of situation. If you are looking for true amateur, students and OL who need money for handbag or pay off a loan or something, you could dig in MGStage. The quality is high, the chance of true amateur is much higher than looking in regular JAV, but it's still quite low, as the majority are either professionals or soon-to-be professionals.
Another must-check is FC2. It's not associated with JAV industry at all, so you can find girls who are really from all walks of life, many have no plan ever to join the JAV industry. But for my taste, the chance of finding quality porn is near zero.
