We do ask for at least a minimum of information to help the people who download them know what they're getting, like a code(so people can find it when searching the forum, formatted with the - in the code so BSCR-14 in this case), title, actresses(we have a whole section dedicated to people asking about ID requests so definitely something people want to know) and other information if possible.

Also, the aspect ratio is wrong in the screenshot you provided. If the video actually looks the same when played, the file has issues.
The resolution and aspect ratio from the cover(16:9) match(mostly), but in the screenshot it's clearly squished horizontally so either the display aspect ratio(or usually PAR(pixel AR) for mp4 instead of DAR(display AR) or SAR(sample AR)) is improperly set in the mp4 to something like 4:3(or 3:2 when they really don't know what they're doing), which can be fixed with a software that can handle editing that kind of things without re-encoding(muxing software like mp4box, but I don't know if there's a good GUI for it these days) or the screenshot software used messed up, in which case I would suggest reading this: https://www.akiba-online.com/threads/how-to-make-thumbnails-of-modern-videos.2158825/.

You should take it from the exact vid since, as you can see from what I said, it contains information that's important to know before downloading. Someone might not download this one because they can see there's an issue with the file but in reality, it might be totally fine.
The screenshot also contains technical information about the file that some people will want to know before downloading, in case they're looking for a specific version of that movie for some reason(maybe they want a better version than what they already have, or one without an annoying watermark, stuff like that) which is why we require a thumbnail file to be the actual preview.
While we don't require filejoker downloads here, we do require whatever filehost you use to have a free option for downloading.
