The links to Rina's AV debut DVD info page have been deleted from both her Alice profile page and from Alice's list of upcoming releases. The direct link page itself is still currently accessible, but the release date has now (automatically) changed to 12/31/2999 (dates are typically scripted, and this might indicate that the release date information has been removed).
Alice has not released any information regarding these changes, but there appears to be a strong possibility that the DVD release has been cancelled. No word on whether it could be pressure from AKB48 fans, decision by her family, or Rina's own choice.
Pre-orders are still available through DMM and Amazon, but of course if the DVD is cancelled, you will simply be refunded the money.
Despite this, the full DVD cover and a number of screencaps have already been published, irrefutably identifying Rina and her involvement with AV.

The release date and links appear to have been fixed again, so it may have just been a fluke. But obviously tensions are quite high so we're not out of the woods yet. For what it's worth, it's still possible for a DVD to be cancelled up to 1-2 weeks before its scheduled release date.
And for reference, evidently another former AKB48 girl, OHTSUKA Aki (大塚亜季, not a proper member, but a "trainee" who didn't make the cut) is actually also doing AV.

As reported earlier, that is a fake file. The RAR links say it's the new DVD, but the actual ISO inside is from a different AV. The DVD in question has not been released yet.
Yeah. I tried to do a little research but as it turns out I think she's just a look-alike, not the same person. Not much information either way (neither girls are particularly well-known in their respective industries).
