Has Ai's popularity waned? It seems like this thread and the one on JHP are both kind of meandering. No Iso posts of her last release or rerelease and no one really posts about her AeLL stuff even though there's a ton. The only posts of info I ever get is from music sites :p.

Akiba-online forum hasn't worked properly since it failed, and came back, in my experience. Right now as I type this I am sitting endlessly waiting for Akiba pages to load. Trying to post on this forum is problematic all the time now, and I find that the "Post Quick Reply" button does not function properly. The search function on this site seems generally ineffective as well.

It is probably the opposite. Her office has found the formula to make tons $$$ with AeLL. (better said with Ai in the group) selling lots of merchandise in their live events, so they don't even need to make DVDs anymore, at least not at the same rate as before 2011. Most of the idol stuff moves around the DVDs, with photo sets, at times PB, and magazine spreads used to promote the DVDs, but Ai's current office probably feels they don't need to promote her to have good sales - for instance the "Ai's Origin" DVD was produced by her agency directly, and it had not magazine promos or photosets, and still was the top video from last year...

Nooooooooooooo! Not going to happen. She is currently a member of the Jpop group "Dell" and acts in movies, wouldn't be surprised if she does a little Tv on the side. No way should she have resort to AVs.
