About pixy-soft.com and SUBS

why there's too many anime that are released from http://www.pixy-soft.com but they don't get subbed, until 2 months and sometimes 6 months of their release,


i would like to find a place where i can request a sub for the anime that are released from http://www.pixy-soft.com , i liked Hell knight ingrid, there is 3 episodes, only 1st is subbed , but in the rest of episodes i can't understand the stroie,

anyway, if there's no place where i can request subs like these, then i would like to make these sub files, but i don't understand japanese so someone should help me in translating and i will set the sub file and the timing,

hope someone is interested,
