Hello, the subtitles on the jav guru site are working fine. Is it possible for us to access the subtitle files on that site?

Best way to find out is to download the video(the subject has been brought up many times on the forum, not necessarily specifically for that site so you can look up how if you don't know) to see if the subtitles are hardcoded into the video or not.
If they are, you can use some kind of OCR software to extract them(here's a tutorial: https://www.akiba-online.com/threads/tutorial-ocr-chinese-english-movies-hardsub.2005149/ Llikely outdated but you can search for more recent info, I've seen mention of something not too long ago I can't quite remember in which thread) or if it's softsubs displayed in an overlay or a download button(no clue since I don't use those kind of websites), I don't know how you'd specifically get them if it's not obvious so I'll let someone else chime in on that.
