You can edit thta to only show for 3 Seconds instead of 12 Seconds by changing the End time. You also could concievably change "Excuse me, Are you Nene Chan?" to Excuse me, are you that amazing cocksucker from HongKong?" I'm mentioning this only because some may not know and since I am mass producing these srt's there may be some that miss text, play it for too long, or a myriad of other annoyances. You could also use a word processor to replace all of a particular word or phrase. Let's say a srt has translated the words "I'm going t throw up" a bunch of times, you could use find and replace with your wordprocessor and just replace "throw up" with Blow some juice from my pink meat-cannon" Anyway, the point is that you're not stuck with the srt's as they stand. It's very easy to edit them like you would any document.

Here's a quite old title that may be of limited appeal - but posting it anyway because I think Uehara Ai is beyond hot! I've always thought she gives the impression of being a complete pervert that you could still take home to meet your mum (yeah... I know I'm just projecting my fantasies).

I actually translated this one quite some time ago but forgot I had done so. It took me quite some time to manually check the subtitles - there's over 3000 lines including the on-screen captions. I hope it's coherent enough to get the gist of the dialogue.

  1. Audio extracted and transcribed using WhisperWithVAD_Pro - both original speed audio and slowed audio.
  2. The slowed down audio transcription was adjusted back to the correct timing.
  3. Both transcription versions were AI translated using DeepSeek v3 0324 (or it may have been an earlier version of DeepSeek v3).
  4. The "best" translation of each line from the two versions was used in the final translation.
I don't speak nor read Japanese so there are certain to be lots of mistakes.
It'd be extra-shiny if mistakes could be pointed out or corrected.

While it's perfectly within the rules to request a different form of uploading, I'd like to encourage you to consider buying a month of Filejoker.
I don't speak for DScott and I don't claim to even know his situation.
However, his posts have been an absolute treasure trove. It might be worth a month long subscription just for his current uploads.

Thank you very much, when I extracted the subs there was a subfolder __MACOSX with subtitles what is the difference between the 2 sets.

This seems to work, it's running right now.
It's tight for me the VRAM usage with only 6GB. My latest gfx is AMD so :(, I have to run it on an older machine with a 1660 super.

Last time it was weird cause torch.cuda.is_available() returned a false for me when I installed your requirements even after manually "pip uninstall torch".

When I manually installed my own torch version that's supposed to be for my cuda version it did return a true, but then I ran in some compatibility issues (I think).


I've got some questions, what's the adaptive audio enhancement ? And the postprocessing is just the clean_subs.py that's been posted here before I'm guessing ? Which model is running by default ?

Did he/she finally allow JAV ? I got banned 2 times from that one when it was still new for explicit content. Kinda weird he/she was looking into what you were uploading. It was clearly a manual ban, not some automatic trigger.

I apologize that I got lazy and stopped removing the srt's that got so little translation that they are only a few bytes.There's several reasons for that but I'll spare you the details.Ultimately most of these are , by my level of “acceptable”results. I will explore new technology and if I can find a superior product perhaps I will do this all again. Given that for most of the zips I had removed the too-small .srts there is a total of 20,600 srts. With luck you will need all 20,600 Please enjoy.

Oh, one last thing re the srts. I did these specifically for the kids at AKIBA. Since I've been on the site I have found everyone very helpful and particularly helpful with identification. This is what motivated me to 'give back' So, if anyone wants to repackage these, re upload them elsewhere, edit them, claim them as your own, sell them, it doesn't matter to me. I lay no claim to them, they are yours to do with them as you wish. and lastly, to all of the members of AKIBA who offer information or help in a myriad of subjects. Thank you!

Yeah, a labor of love. I can't say that i didn't gain too but truth is that I likely would only have done subs for a very small percentage, maybe a couple of hundred, of these if it were just for me. Thanks for the feedback.
