Scripting in web proxies is hit and miss. kproxy.com works, but you need to solve the captcha multiple times. Using a SOCKS proxy or a free VPN like Hotspot Shield should work much better, but it's more involved.

Oh, they're using Cloudflare. That isn't their real IP address. I've heard of some people having issue with sites using Cloudflare before. It doesn't look like there's an easy way to get the real IP address. I think you might have to resort to using a proxy until/if the issue resolves itself.

Chrome is a bit different. You have to go to "Manage Installed Styles" in order to get to "Write new style". I'm not sure exactly how the style text will differ with Chrome (obviously won't use the Mozilla-specific stuff). I would just try the single line.

I didn't know either until recently, which is why I added the AdBlockPlus workaround afterwards. It's sort of a not-so-well-known feature that AdBlockPlus can block divs, you just have to add the filter to the list manually. The GUI doesn't provide a great way to do this, or even list divs...

Both of the methods I suggested previously should work, as they hide that div. AdblockPlus and Stylish can block divs.
