hey guys, i know we're not supposed to post anything non-japanese related on the forums, but i was just wondering if anyone knows of any forums that are similar to a-o but western-based eg. US, EU?

You could try fileporn although I haven't been there for a while!
I used to belong to a couple of other European-based torrent forums but I think the admins packed it in (for some reason or another).
You still can get most 0-day western pr0n from the Pirate Bay.

If you mean EU, it would have to be VladModels and for the US it would have to be The People Image, I can't find their forum tho, highly concealed but the vlad forum is still accessible I think.

I would find it interesting to see a Japanese forum on western culture that mirrors this one,(including the porn of course). Now that would rouse my curiosity just a little.

Usually if I am in the mood for something non-topic like western porn or movies that are not shared here I have to agree with Rhinosaur, I visit The Pirates Bay. They have more porn torrents hosted there than you can shake a stick at.

If you're looking for torrents, then I suggest www.empornium.us. You actually have to share though, you can't just leech.

you only can leech, but you have to reseed at a ratio of more than 1.0 normally, if your ratio gets too low you have to seed as long as a normal ratio is reached again before you can leech again.
