I think it was due to cultural shift over the years, with more regulations especially from the government comes with more restrictions over the shooting of AVs in Japan, I noticed that their golden era peak at 2019. What's your opinion on this?

I compared Attacker's release this month - most are just NTR or some kind of taboo sexual situations, very little signs of violation. A huge bore.

Attackers been outdone by other studios when it comes to raep, many times. I think Madonna's output these days have been pretty good. But I guess we'll never see prime Attackers again and have to feed on scraps.

One of the things i've tried looking for recently is behind the scene stuff for certain codes. I'm not sure if its a thing but the most i have found is probably just photoshoots for that scene (not the official shoots) but like unseen ones.

ahh that one. I don't think i've ever fully watched but i have seen it around. Obviously we never really know what the movies about unless we watch it, so we have to rely on the front covers. what usually catches your attention when looking at the cover?

My standout is RBD - 047. I probably mentioned it already on another thread, but its honestly my all time favourite. I haven't been able to find any like it unfortunately.. and they even erased it from the attackers site lol

I'm with you on this, especially when it comes to their older titles like the Molester Cinema Series. I've been digging around online trying to find decent-quality versions of some of these, as they can be hard to come by now. Since everything is shifting toward AI upscaling, I’m hoping the studio eventually re-releases them using a solid upscaling pipeline. Off-the-shelf tools like Topaz Video AI can do a decent job, but I’ve noticed that some of the Natural High AI re-releases have superior compression quality. I'm currently developing a custom pipeline to get the quality just right, and with any luck, I'll be able to create an AI solution that rivals their proprietary models.

Takeuchi Yuu probably exercised some right to be forgotten/delisted. Javlibrary links the covers from dmm and the covers for all of her films have been removed.

100%. It's not like hardcore stuff isn't out there. REAL Works strikes a decent middle-ground, and MXGS-1240 from Maxing reminds a bit of the old SHKD schoolgirl series. Muku, Bonita, and Hunter, and even the TMA compilations (and their maddening overlapping ID codes) continue to put out stuff rougher and more hardcore than I can ever remember Attackers ever doing (MUKD-512 is pretty rough)

how do you find others in the series? just using the attackers movies in the site? some sites list series but not this one

Honestly, because i was hooked on to this series, i knew i found them all originally on the attackers site.

Over the last few years, i also realised the attacker site doesnt really have some of their series listed properly. Some codes are actually apart of this series, but for some reason not listed under this series. and some of movies of this series have been delisted. RBD - 047 and RBD - 165 are 2 examples of having being delisted on their website. Reason, unknown. so i think the site is probably abit unreliable. i just happened to know alll of them

This series in chronological order is slave island, new slave island, slave island 'season 3' (only 2 came out) and in 2020 they released 2 new ones which weren't as hardcore.

One of them is photobooks. High quality images of the scenes!



If only the classics got more of the same treatment as mainstream films (more remastering, commentary, anniversary re-release, behind the scenes, deleted scenes, bonus content, memorabilia etc etc).
