I’d say the most intense and creative releases came out during the 2014–2019 era. If you compare that to recent output from studios like Natural High, there's a noticeable drop in quality. They used to put out a variety of compelling series—especially ones featuring white actresses or unique concepts—but their recent titles feel more generic, as if they're playing it safe or overly focused on visual polish.Meguri actually touched on this in an interview after returning from her hiatus—she mentioned that many current viewers seem to prefer “cute” actresses, but that doesn't mean veteran performers have lost their appeal. This shift in audience taste could explain the more subdued direction some studios are taking.One standout release for me remains SSPD-078 from Attackers. It's still one of my favorites. One of the things i've tried looking for recently is behind the scene stuff for certain codes. I'm not sure if its a thing but the most i have found is probably just photoshoots for that scene (not the official shoots) but like unseen ones.
