Immersive 3D Content and Enthusiasts (oh boy...)

So i just got a Lenovo Explorer headset for Windows mixed reality. What can i say its brilliant. I cant compare it to other headsets such as rift or vive because i never tried them and i haven't tried the headsets with a smart phone.
This was so easy to set up and it works a treat when you work out whats going on. The down side is the native media player Microsoft provide in the Cliff house is not up to the task and has trouble identifying some of the vids it seems to play side by side videos better than top to bottom vids. but the ones it did play properly were outstanding. I took the advice of some here and got steams simple media player and it plays them all once you work out the settings. only problem is you cant launch it from the cliff house you need to open the desktop and launch from there. But once you work out how it all works this is a simple procedure.
Windows mixed reality isn't the cheapest option and its not perfect but for me porn will never be the same again i am converted.

I also have DELL Visor for WindowsMR.
WindowsMR HMD is very easy to setup, so I think that it is more suitable for watching VR movies than VIVE and Rift.
I am running Simple VR Video Player from desktop in the Cliff House.

Any requests for end-of-year? I'll see what I can post. :D

I'd love to see one of Kaho Shibuya's solo VR vids! Either HIND-011 or HIND-012:

I am currently digging my Gear VR but I'm wondering how long it will be before I dive into some sort of desktop version. Glad you like what you see! You'll have some good content to experience!

Unfortunately I don't have a flagship Samsung or a Iphone
Currently the best environment on a smartphone is Galaxy S7/S8 + GearVR.
If you want to watch VR comfortably on a smartphone you want a snapdragon 835 or more.
If it is less then you will have to find a light app.
VRTV seems to be light app.
If you only watch VR for testing, I think that the cheapest goggles are good.
