You never really know. Money is pretty powerful to women, especially in Japan. I wouldn't be surprised if former Jr and gravure idols, work at soapland (mizu shobai), when they get older. Basically brothels that perform sexual actions, but no penetration. Females at those places make around $30,000 a month.

The former actions can never speak for the present or future. Nanako, she had the most seductive faces and body language in her pictures and videos, but she went to stage acting. Some of the cutest AV actresses, were prude honor students in school and ended up doing AV.

We just have to wait and see.

yup, not that it speaks for rina, but a lot of girls (and guys) who grow up as honor students and/or have other strong ethics in something will completely change up their lifestyle after always living the same routine in their early youth and never look back.

Going the JAV route is the last resort for Gravure Idols, and Rina seems to be doing fine recently with plays and such. I don't see her doing JAV in the future, but hey, we don't know much about her besides her idol side.

I doubt she'd throw away her long career in acting and gravure to do AV, but since she's finally become an adult in Japan she can probably get more publicity by doing shoots like this. A couple of actresses did do nude or really racy shoots to boost popularity so that's probably what this is. Maybe this is her, (or management) just throwing away that image everyone had of her being a pure and innocent girl. They did use her as an image girl in one of the failed attempts to get the Olympics in Japan before they did get it last year. She's 20 already she's a woman not a girl, it's about time she break out. On a side note, is it true that her dad is a gynecologist?

True. I don't see her doing AV, it's last resort. But something racy is perfect really. She has my vote at least. As for her dad, that's what I heard, either that or it was her mom who btw is quite pretty for a woman her age. Rina looks very much like her.

i am only a casual admirer of the jrs but i have been following a few of them like the yamanaka sisters for a few years. it doesn't look like, at least to me, that being a jr idol is the minor league system for jav or nude modeling . i can only think of 1 . she was one of garo aida's girls short hair goofy but cute, dont remember her name. even rin koike who lived in t backs and did some rique stuff never made the jump. i think anything other then more gravure for 99.99999999% of them is wishful thinking.

"wishful thinking"? Their has been quite a few that have taken the jump. Hell, its even highly likely for these girls to eventual work at a Mizu shobai. Basically, legal prostitution. These girls know their looks make money, and money for a japanese female, is like water for a fish. Now, I'm not saying all idols do this, but when an idol all of the sudden goes missing, the odds of them doing either of the above, are moderate-high.

This documentary is about male hosts, but they interview women who work at a mizu shobai. The girls love these men and spend that much just to talk to them.

Koike Rina has been busy this year alone and very likely has been promoting her movie Girl's Blood, (which the Wiki describes as an erotic action film), she has also been in two tv shows this year. I wonder if I can find that movie with subs......(found it without subs and posting it now, I got to see it).

nonetheless I just don't see her ruining her TV and Film career by doing JAV but you never know......money talks. Still...I just don't see it.

Finished watching Girl's Blood, subs would have helped. There is no nudity by Rina Koike in the movie, there is more to see in some of her recent photos. There is nudity from other actresses in the movie.

It might be that she is going the Alyssa Milano or Miley Cyrus way. They were in a lot of kids shows and when they turned 18, wanted to do more grown up stuff, and nudity was what they decided to do to break away from the kid stuff. We will see if Rina does some nudity like they did. Although, full jav might be going too far for her career.

I haven't watched Girls Blood yet and it was just released on blueray in Japan, (it only appeared in theatres there in February), so no subs were available that I found. I figured if you can watch a regular Idol video without subs it was still worth posting. Was it any good?

It is fine. There are many fights, some well staged (not the Rina Koike ones). A couple of lesbian scenes. Several nudity scenes while showering. There seems to be some plot to it. The main character is a lesbian, but does not want to admit it to herself or her family. I do not know why they are fighting or why they get into a fight with a different set of women. Also, no idea who the guys are in the film. I fast forward through some of the scenes.

i think someone might have put this girl's blood movie up on a tube that starts with u allegedly
ok i might have watched about 10 minutes of it . its kind of cross between a goofy anime like kill lakill and cinamax.
