Somehow I get the feeling that shinigamie is a huge fan of Hitomi Tanaka. But that doesn't mean that everyone else is.
If you want that other donate for it, ask the people if they are interested in that movie (maybe a poll, don't know).
If you want to do it just for fin, sub a title you're also interested by yourself. Otherwise you will loose the motivation.

I agree, as I wanted to move it to forget the crowdfunding thing and move it to volunteers so translators do it for the fun a bit,
I could get a mix of requests, and just random choices by what the translators felt like doing.
unfortunately, I'm a little busy, so am gonna just sit back for now until I have another free time gap again in the next coming weeks. But I will get a website up and running again. I'm just looking for volunteers interested in contributing to the group.
Some kind of properly organized effort is needed, where a real fan group is formed and is happy with whatever donations the group gets, otherwise u will spend more time running polls, discussing budgets, having projects hanging , making business deals, etc.

So some of you try to get JAV movies with English subtitles, funny guys Are the dialogues that important ? In all porn movies dialogues and most scenarios are basically boring and almost useless. Being in English, German, Hindoo or Japanese does not add spices to the movie, they are made to see pretty faces and butts, nothing else, they are all but cultural

"Memoirs of a Geisha" is just an illustration of the kind of film for which you need the dialogue in your native language (be it German, Japanese, Hebrew, etc.) to fully understand its meaning, unlike with porn movies with their stupid scenario and meaningless dialogues.
Don't get me wrong, I like porn, but I don't see any interest to have porn movies translated.

That's really great to hear. I am assuming that you followed Shinigamie's advice and set up a donation request on that other site he mentioned. If so then perhaps you can provide a link for others who may be willing to donate. I'm not particularly interested in Hitomi Tanaka but i wouldn't say she is unattractive either as some people seem to find her. If it leads to a translation then i would be willing to send a few bucks as i would like to see it but more importantly to help contribute to a better system for translations in the future.

That's why I like winterkaze's idea to do that on a separate website on which it will be possible to give that a little bit more structure.

As I wrote in my other post I wouldn't use a social network. Especially - correct me if I'm wrong - Facebook groups don't add any functinalities which are not already covered by this forum. In this case I would recommend to stay here. Still I think a dedicated website would make the life (means the organization) easier. And discussion would stay here.
Do you also know the movie code, by chance?

Thanks for posting the movie jz00hj! I've been wanting to see it ever since you posted the subs before. I've only been able to skim through it but it looks like you've really done a great job. A big bonus was seeing Julia Ashina and Maki Azusa in the movie too
.I'd like to help with the translation of MDYD-951 too. I have sent you a PM requesting access to your google document but i have never worked with Aegisub or any other translation software before so not sure if i would do it correctly although we all have to start somewhere i guess. The movie itself looks quite good too although i know Hitomi Tanaka is somewhat of a controversial choice it's somewhere to start at least. I sent Bonekace a few more suggestions for a translation a few days ago with my reasons for wanting to see the movies translated, perhaps i will post them here and see what you guys think too.

I've just commissioned a translation of HBAD-134 'Yua Yoshikawa - As I Wanted to Have Sex With a Lolita After Turning 50, I Remarried With a Bitch and Rendered a Spiteful Daughter a Toy' from JAVtoENG. I've asked him to translate the first scene initially and hopefully he will have the job done in a few days time. Tremendous effort guys! Just checked out how the subtitles are and you've done truly a great job even covering the sex scenes too!
I can only afford to make a small contribution to you guys as i'm already trying to get HBAD-134 translated by JAVtoENG but if a small percentage of all the people who download this do likewise then i'm sure the donations will start rolling in. I hope you're going to post this on a lot more sites and forums so you can really get some good coverage. As i said before, i think it could be slow going at first but once people know what you're doing and you've got a few translations done then you'll soon start earning what you would like to be getting. Please keep us updated to how things are going and how donations are coming along.
