Plot from Hinako Ashihara's manga which this movie is adapted from :
12-year old Ann UEKUSA’s parents are getting a divorce, so Ann and her mother move to her mother's old hometown, Shiname. Ann feels that the people in the countryside are friendly to an excess, to the point where she can’t have any privacy at all. But she meets Daigo, a boy who lives nearby, and he gradually helps her get used to life in Shiname. However, her mother faints at work, and......!?
