Windows in Japanese?

Hi, does anyone has their computer in Japanese format? Are all the folders in Japanese language? For example, C:\Users\, C:\Windows, C:\Program Files, for example.

I did some tech support on my Japanese teacher's PC once. I don't recall the folder names being in any other language than the usual English regardless of what language option you install in.

For that matter, quite a lot of apps go haywire if the system folder names are in unicode.

I haven't installed a Japanese version of Windows before but for some Japanese software & games you have to change your system locale to Japanese in order to get them to run properly, which in some cases will result in backslashes being displayed as yen symbols, ¥.
