Thank you. higher salaries are natural and reasonable for actress. For example in USA actresses catch more money than male actors. But USA adult studios have more respect to the audience with using handsome guys.
In jav industry unfortunately there is no variety in changing male actors.
Another problem is Jav studios even don't write the name of male actors in movie cast data. It is very stupid even r18 don't insert the name of that guys!

They will lose a good amount of fan base if they were casting only young and fit guys in their movies. There is an insane amount of JAV fans that love to see these young and beautiful japanese girls getting use and abuse by old and ugly male actors. I think it's what make JAV so good compare to western porn. The fact that you have something you can't find elsewhere. Yes, there is some old and young movies from others country but the girls are far to be that beautiful and the plot/drama theme is not even close of what Japanese studio produce.

Japanese male clients do not want to see handsome/fit guys in the movies. There are a couple of reasons for this:
- If the guy acting is average or ugly/fat it makes the story as anyone can fuck this kind of girls. If the actors are handsome/fit they feel like: " only handsome guys can fuck this girls".
- If they see handsome/fit guys in the movie they feel jealous.

Well I see where you guys are coming from, you koolia and you Inertia...I get your point, those type of movies are very niche. But I'm a Westerner and I discovered Jav just last year and now I can't watch any other porn.
