Ok, so I have seen many titles that have the phrase "black" or "black girl" in the title but of course the girls are not black in the sence that they are not from African ancestry.
(See example in next post below)

So then what are the titles trying to say? Is it:

A. The girls are tan?
B. The girls have heavy black eye makeup?
C. The girls have a black heart?

Please advise!

I believe its because they are then and the reason that they are called ”Black girls” instead of ”Tan girls" is probably because whoever is head of marketing thought it sounded cooler with black then tan.

The Japanese after all has something of a track record of using English just to make things sounds a little more awesome without necessarily taking in to consideration what the words actually mean http://www.engrish.com/ :)

Yes and see this reply from Rollyco that I got on another post I made. Btw you said " because they are then" but I know you ment to type "tan"

The answer is "A." The "black" refers to the "kuro" of "gankuro."
