I've seen this pic on scanlover. All i know is that someone posted the pic and said the person in the pic is a guy. Then Aino Kishi(希志あいの) said that is her. Face and mole placement on the rib area look like a match.
So it's either Aino Kishi as a female and the original poster was trying to troll people, or Aino Kishi used to be male, but it is her.
Searching google, I see that it is Aino Kishi from some photo set, maybe Graphis, but can't say for sure. She's done so many photo sets.
