I saw a Japanese film (subtitled) in an American theatre in 2000 or 2001; two young adults, one (or both) of which was an ambulance driver, robbed a gangster who had been in a car crash. The entire movie is a rather comedic tale of the gangster's peons trying to track them down. I have been searching for days trying to figure out what the movie was; does this ring a bell in anyone's mind?
