I remember seeing a MUCH longer version of this on FC2.com, though I still couldn't actually find out what particular video, or series of videos, it was from.

Basically a woman on a bus gets her pants ripped and it draws... a lot of attention.

Help with ID-ing this video will be GREATLY appreciated.
