What is the report link for? How to report bad links?

I see the report feature under postings, is this what I use to report bad links or is there better way?

depends on what you mean by bad links, if they are old posts, then you do not report them, if they are spam, fake, or anything else, you may report them

In this case the post is a couple weeks old, some of the links from the post work, but some don't, what is the best way to report this?
