What is the name of this title ??

Can anyone please identify this title for me ?? I think it might be from the FAD series something similiar to FAD1279 , the letters on top are not clear I've searched all over but no luck ??

It does look like an FAD title, doesn't it...

And I think it says ADULTDAILYCARE.NET.
