Okay, so after waiting a week to finally post on the threads here,
because it was the only way for me to ask this out publicly to get an answer or at least some help.

Up until a couple months ago, we all know Akiba had been down, or hacked, and I'm glad its back like everyone else, so I could get back to downloading the animes I was watching previously.
Unfortunetly almost none of those Titled series/posts were ever updated at all, but however some new posts of those animes were put up, almost immediately after Akiba came back online.
The problem was, most of them were all in HD quality only, or more commonly as 720p only, now I know most people like that quality more, but I like to conserve my harddrive's space, especially when thats always shrinking,
and on top of that its annoying to constantly resize my player's window to fit my screen's resolution everytime I click another file for that series

So if anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it, the animes I wanted to finish were:

Dororon Enma-kun Meeramera
(Before Akiba was down)
http://www.akiba-online.com/forum/showthread.php?t=659845

(AfterAkiba came back online)
http://www.akiba-online.com/forum/showthread.php?t=743462

and

Sengoku Otome: Momoiro Paradox
(Before Akiba was down)
http://www.akiba-online.com/forum/showthread.php?t=668635

(AfterAkiba came back online)
http://www.akiba-online.com/forum/showthread.php?t=742269

On a slightly off topic mention,
Some series I was never ever to find reuploads or were ever updated again:

Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko
http://www.akiba-online.com/forum/showthread.php?t=671050

Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai
http://www.akiba-online.com/forum/showthread.php?t=652026

Softenni
http://www.akiba-online.com/forum/showthread.php?t=661536

Back on topic (but not really as important) some series way before Akiba was hacked, I never found 480p ever for them:

Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai

Onii-chan no Koto nanka Zenzen Suki Janain Dakara ne (Uncensored)**

Seikon no Qwaser (Season 1, Uncensored)

** There is one set of posts with Onii-chan no Koto nanka that was 400p, but its censored I believe -__-
http://www.akiba-online.com/forum/showthread.php?t=536648

So yeah, if anyone at all can please help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it,
if I missed out on some posts of any of these that were reuploaded with a set of 400p-480p links, that have slipped by me, by all means please show me, call me an idiot for overlooking those if you will, if there are none, does anyone know someone who still has these files? so I can please download them

I know being abit picky with these resolutions can be annoying and selfish to others especially when its like free anime we're talking about here, but regarding my computer which isn't really in its prime anymore with harddrive space being my main concern, and no externals like discs, or separate portable hardrives available to me. I kinda have no choice...
I hope someone can understand my situation.

And I don't even know if this is the best topic to put this on, like I said, I had to wait a week to post this, so I'm new to the forum side of Akiba-Online, Chatter Box seemed to be the most active to me, I thought about putting this in the "Help & Guidance" part of the forums, but it didn't seem to belong there, since thats mostly like for technical difficulties. So I apologize in advance if this is the wrong spot.

480p refers to the width of a TV screen. 480p is basically old technology so it shouldn't be a surprise that it's gone, though some subbers actually have the tech to convert 720p to 480p, although i haven't tested a torrent that was downgraded that way so i wouldn't know if it actually looks like classic 480p. not sure if you still care for 480p, a lot of people don't. 720p is the way to go now and eventually 720p will be old. i come to notice that some torrents are being released as 1080p now as well.
