What are Akiba's rules/recommendations (if any) regarding off-topic posts ?

I'm interested in knowing whether Akiba has any rules/recommendations regarding off-topic posts,
primarily in the Discussion forums.

Let us just say that the enforcement of the rules are at a moderators discretion and we will try to leave it at that.



Personally I think a discussion has a life of its' own. So unless a post is pure spam, being trolled or overly inflammatory the staff should let it breath and give it a chance to flourish. The whole purpose of discussion threads is for the members to be able to express themselves and further enjoy the forum.
