first you need to join the files, and then you need to unzip them, and to read them use a PDF reader

If you are only interested in the images and your OS is linux you can use pdfimages to extract all images of a pdf file and write them to separate image files.

I don't know similar applications or have any experience for Windows.
If you do a web search for "windows extract images from pdf" there seem to be some too.

do you join the files first, with a join program
