The file size shows in filejoker is 149.3 Mb, which is not the same as that mention in the post (153 Mb).
Could I conclude that the uploaded one is somehow may be corrupted?
Anyway, I re-downloaded a few times and still no luck......

@kwanleekwan Maybe something in your system is interfering with your downloads... File should have size 156604150B and apart from that - you are the only one to report any problems, so the cause is on your side.

After updated 7-zip to the latest version, I can extract it.
But I don't know why WinRar failed ......
