She had a blog - http://blog.livedoor.jp/keira__/ but than again her only entry was in June 2014 so I don't think you can get any information from there. No indication of twitter account on her blog so I guess she don't have one?
My guess is that since not much can be found on her blog and the official studio as well, you just have to wait. Unless you know that she also releases under other studio than you can check out that studio official site. Most of the new girls who debut in any year don't make a long career, for whatever reasons. I also have one or two vids by Kayla, turns out she's one of the majority of girls who made a few vids and quit. That's life, for JAV fans.
Personally I don't pay any attention to a new girl until she's released at least 5 vids. Almost every time I download a debut vid is at least 6 months after release, after I've watched at least 3 of her vids and decide I like her and want to see what she was like when she had no idea what she's doing. Very rare that I become a fan of a girl who's made fewer than 10 vids.
