SUMMARY
In this seventh installment of the Detective Conan movies our little detective travels to Kyoto. The five victims of a serial murder case are members of a confederacy of thieves, called Genji Botaru. They have repeatedly stolen famous Buddha statues and precious art collections. Conan meets up with Heiji (one of his greatest rivals) and his girlfriend Kazuha who end up assisting him. Kazuha is meanwhile battling the thought that Heiji is traveling to Kyoto to find his first love. As Heiji searches for her, the case gets deeper and more dangerous.
