Takahashi Ai will play the lead role as newscaster in a horror drama titled Juhou 2405 Watashi ga Shinu Wake.
Ai-chan has been somewhat focused on stage plays lately, so I’m glad to see that she is once again back acting for dramas since it gives her a chance to show off her acting skills to those watching TV at home who might not be aware of her.
From the article below it appears that the series is about the horror behind some news that is being reported by Ai-chan’s character, which is a pretty unique theme since it uses a real life setting as a cover for a horror themed story. With Ai-chan mentioning that she doesn’t do that well with horror it seems like it will be interesting to see just how this series turns out since we’ll see just how the story unfolds and how much Ai-chan has to do with the plot.
The show started to air fairly recently so it should be a great series to follow for all Ai-chan fans since it’s fairly recent, so hopefully everyone interested can check it out!
