You could buy from a Japanese store (plenty of them have it) and use a proxy service that will ship it to you.
Use a proxy like service like Buyee, you need to make an account, that gives you an address.
The simplest way is to use Yahoo!, just use the direct link to the video https://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/shopping/ruuus2727_ds-08p5cshbq
amazon.co.jp which is a bit complicated
You need to sign up with amazon.co.jp and use the address you got from buyee.jp
BUT to actually buy from there you also need a VPN and set it to Japan otherwise it won't allow you to buy it (it will say out of stock)
Note as I recall buyee doesn't allows you to buy adult content but gravure should be ok - I'm not 100% sure of it though.
