I am going to Tokyo second time. I have been to all tourist atractions and popular places already. What can you advice me to see, that isn't mentioned in tourist guides? Places, clubs?

If you haven't gone yet, then go to Shibuya and walk North to Don Quixote (at night). You'll see a bar (in a basement) called Club Xanadu. Go there, ask for Pierre (the owner) and tell him you're my buddy (PM me for my name) and you'll drink for free.
