Thats the name given in the movie file from a siterip. However, "Shiraishi Yutaka" yields absolutely nothing. I can't find any other movies of her using this name.

Wow nvm I found her by sheer luck. I saw that some of the other movies in the siterip were by 1pondotv, so I looked at the closest 1pondo movie to this one, and by dumb luck it was on the 1pondotv website:
