Suga-Movie honey bunch... I can't help myself

So we've got an oldie here... what some may call "vintage," which will no doubt make the job harder. The look of the actresses is a tip-off, as well as the fact that the movie lasts about an hour.

So what's a "Suga-Movie"? Those words appear at the movie's beginning, along with this... logo?




When I searched for Suga-Movie, I got nothin'. My guess was that was the name of the studio. I searched again for the term without the hyphen, and got a few unhelpful hits.




So the story involves a harassed teacher, soon to be joined by (I imagine) one of her students in a sailor suit who joins in the mayhem. (Please don't ask me what happened to the girl's sailor suit, in the shot below.)
