第三个故事出自酒楼的怪谈，一酒坊的二当家因生意不佳，三当家不务正业，投缸而死，三当家却把泡过死人的酒卖出，生意还好的不得了，之前过世的大当家的儿子跟着两个叔叔混日子，三叔认为这个小侄子知道的太多，又要杀他灭口，岂料二当家鬼魂显灵，把恶毒的老三吓的失足摔入酒缸淹死……
