That just came out in april of this year.....as this is Japanese release only any subs would be fansubs. I have not seen any, sry. This is the 19th Detective Conan movie and the latest english subbed version I found was the 17th, (there are Italian subs for the 18th available), so it might be awhile before they sub this.

an english (fan)sub is normaly be provided a few days after the relase of the BD/DVDs in Japan.

there are a few english subs for the 18th.
but for the 19th you will probably have to wait till somewhat next year.
