Yeah, that's a really good one. The answer is... maybe? Unfortunately, I haven't found any existing subs (I typically start with Chinese subs), and my Japanese language skills aren't really good enough to translate from scratch, except for simple or common phrases. So, I've been working with techniques to try to clean up audio enough to get a decent machine translation, but this is still a pretty unreliable process.
If I ever can get to a point where I can get a reasonably good translation, this will be on the short list.
Edit: Dang friend, you're seriously in luck. I thought I'd quick look again to see if there was a Chinese sub to work from, and instead I find a
high-quality English sub on
Subtitle Cat. It seems to be a very good translation, so I'm posting to the subtitle thread it as-is.
