There used to be a thread to complain about FileJoker or have problems with FileJoker but it says it is closed. I have sent FileJoker an e.mail but other people should be aware of this ripoff.

With Filejoker, if you click on a link it counts as a download whether you download it or not. The blue window will come up, you are still ok but clicking on that will bring up the green filelink, if you click on that it counts. But if you feel they miscounted, you can email them and they will reset. But be sure because they will only do this once. A good habit to get into is to always check your "traffic available" before you download

Supposedly, they will extend your limit if you reach it and contact them about it(if you're a paying customer). That's what they said in the support thread.

to know but where can you check the 'traffic availiable' on FileJokers site. I can't see it anywhere before you click on the green download link. I just downloaded the rest of Pts-333 without any problems but I've still lost over 4GB. I'll wait to see if I hear from FileJoker.

I hope they do. I paid for 3 months and I really hate to be ripped off. I downloaded the rest of Pts-333 just now without a problem. It seems I can't download during the day here in the UK without getting 'Connection Limit!' problems.

You can see it when you click on "My Account" in the top menu when you're logged in. You can't see it from a linked file.

They don't extend it, they just reset it back to 40. It's 40 GB over 3 days. And they will only do it once.

Welcome back Yipman! Wow, lots of new stuff! This is more like it. :)

Anyways, about filejoker. I really hate them as a service provider, I also feel ripped off. I haven't downloaded in about 2 days and my daily limit is still only 9GB. It should reset by now. I also agree with if you start a download and it doesn't complete, you will be robbed of your quota. I don't even know why this site promotes them. Wish we could use a better file provider. The name filejoker suits them perfectly, what a joke of a file service the.y are

Sorry, yeah that's what I meant, poor choice of words.

That's not exactly how they phrased it at all, but it doesn't really surprise me from them. They said almost nobody complains about the very low download limit which I find hard to believe. The only thing to do is keep complaining and maybe they'll change it to something less ridiculous eventually.
I can't really do it myself though since I got the account for free, but I'd be pissed off if I actually paid for such poor service.

It really is poor service and I have been pissed off. Filejoker is definitely the worst ddl site that Akiba has had as a sponsor.
