I can't speak for M. Taco, Pack1966. As I'm sure you understand, I was just copy-and-pasting a quote fropm usenet. But even as harsh as his language is, it sounds like he very much appreciates lesbian porn -- JAV particularly -- even while being put-off by the more punch-the-clock, paint-by-numbers American variety.
Of course there is terrible JAV out there but thankfully not much of it makes its way into threads like this.
Ask yourself this: have you ever seen a performer in lesbian JAV chewing gum?
Neither have I. But in American porn? Lots of times. Lots.
First, there's an expression (Was it science fiction author Ted Sturgeon?) about 90 percent of science fiction writing being crap which has been expanded by others to point out that 90 percent of everything is crap.
In short, yes, there's lots of bad, mainstream American porn but there's also lots of good stuff if you look in the right places. Sweetheart Video and Girlfriends Films are two places you won't find actresses chewing gum. There's also Viv Thomas and Abby Winters, neither of them American, but neither being JAV either.
However, my real concern is not the spirit of the criticism but the way it's expressed. If I thought my favorite football team was playing poorly this year, would it be okay for me to criticize the "lazy [N-words]" on the team? (I'm implying, of course, that the criticism would not use the euphemism but the actual racial slur.)
What's the purpose of calling the women in films M.Taco doesn't like sluts? To my ear, it sounds like naked contempt for the women who are in these films and that's not okay with me. I know this is barely doing anything in a forum that few people read and whose members are really just looking for JAV (that's true of me too) but I just really hate that attitude which, again, maybe only to my ear, sounds like "I love watching porn but I hate and insult the women who act in porn videos." It's just a really ugly attitude, IMO.
Not blaming it on you. Just think that anyone who expresses that attitude should be called on it. If porn stars (who are human beings) can't be defended here, who will stick up for them?

90%+++ is complete garbage. US Lesbian “erotica” I would describe in one word as “Juvenile”. It’s like Beavis & Butthead shoot a porno. The girls chewing gum (as mentioned), the high heels in bed, the ridiculous locations like marble staircases. The never-ending use of fluorescent colored toys. Etc. etc. etc….. I could go on.
For the 10% that is good, mainly it is coming from the non-“mainstream” studios. I am liking the “When Girls Play” scenes at the moment. The setups are cute and the sex is nice.

Now JAV has its issues too. The squeaking and grimacing is totally annoying. I have no idea why they are directed to act like this. 90%+++ is complete garbage. US Lesbian “erotica” I would describe in one word as “Juvenile”. It’s like Beavis & Butthead shoot a porno. Now JAV has its issues too. The squeaking and grimacing is totally annoying. I have no idea why they are directed to act like this. (My girlfriend is Asian and she doesn’t remotely make sounds like this!). The fixation with this oil/gel thing. The fixation with hospitals/nurses (I cannot think of a less erotic location!). The fixation with the “schoolgirl” thing, I mean I love the schoolgirl theme but not sex in a CLASSROOM setting!

The complaints about g/g from Japan extend to AV as a whole. The differences owe to differences in society, not necessarily to taste or what a specific director wants. E.G., when you comprehend how many hours Japanese people spent during their lives in school, after school, studying, you'll understand why school plays such a big role in porn. It isn't unusual for Japanese kids to be in school late w/out many other people around. And I don't think AV is any less obsessed with the nurse theme (western porn just abandoned it, probably too expensive and cut into their funds they set aside to sue filehosts).
Ultimately, for porn it isn't whether it's "good" it's whether it's good to you the individual. On an even smaller scale, whether what usually works for you works every time. I mean, I've seen some FA stuff I've not been at all interested in.

Having watched both Western and JAV girl-girl videos, I understand some of the comments here regarding why JAV is better in some aspects. However, just like there are some annoying cliches in western porn, there are also annoying cliches in jav porn. CRAP CRAP CRAP! i just started taking off the quotes in my last few posts. i can put it back. i just hope i don't have to re-upload those!!!!
No need to reupload them, the only problem is that the automatic indexers can't separate the movies since it can't detect the filename. They will download fine, but they don't show up if you search from binsearch, you have to browse the group directly or use the nzb you provided.
Hi and thanks for the uploads. My question for you is on FA-1001. When I tried to download, it came up FA-1300. I tried both NG and grabbing off the index with the same result.
Did you try to use the nzb from the post on the previous page? FA-1001 isn't in the post you quoted so I just want to make sure you got the right one.
When I load the nzb in sabnzbd, it shows rar files named after FA-1001. If the problem is inside those rars, then I'll let fjcruiser handle this.
