This at the moment, but it's not as good with vista as it was with Xp. Unless I'm doing it wrong, Vista will play videos as wallpaper but will not run animated gifs.

The first desktop is a laptop.
This is my modified desktop on Windows Vista
and all programs start disconnected.
In this way, Vista is much faster and consumes
little RAM.

In the second desktop is on a modified version
of Windows XP in Spanish, is a desktop PC.
