A gangster action movie about a battle between Japanese yakuza and South Korean mobsters, set in Tokyo and Seoul. In addition to the casting of some of Japan’s toughest-looking actors in Ozawa Hitoshi, Hakuryu, and Aikawa Sho, Yang Dong-geun from Kim Ki-duk’s {Address Unknown} makes a guest appearance. Yakuza boss Kuroki (Ozawa), imprisoned in South Korea, takes on the assassination of Korean mob captain Kaji (Hakuryu) in exchange for his release, but his target is one step ahead of him. To hunt down Kaji, who disappears after making a mysterious declaration, Kuroki heads for Tokyo.
