Seeding through router

I've recently added another computer to my cable access using a router. I used to be able to re-seed to 100+ peers. Now I can only connect to 3~4 peers. At the bottom of my uTorrent box there's an orange trangle with an exclamation mark inside. It's telling me there are no incoming connections and there could be a problem with my network. How can I correct this? Can anyone help? Thanks!

Still having connection trouble using uTorrent. While down/up loading torrents there will be say 20 seeders and 60 peers. I'll connect with only 6 and 10 respectfully. At the bottom of the uTorrent box I'll have a triangle or red dot with an exclamation mark inside. All connections are either uTorrent or BitTorrent.
Any help would be much appreciated!

My ISP has an unsolvable NAT problem.. But I'm still able to seed (40-60Kb/s). Port-forwarding didn't really do much for me, though I hope other suggestions come up as well.
