Translation for the word 秋桜 is Kosmos (Kosumosu) which is a type of flower, not the actual Cosmos, the english translated name though seems to be Fall Cherry Tree?:

It's funny how they use the "cherry tree" kanji but the cosmos flower isn't even of the same taxonomical order as the cherry tree. Cosmos have more in common with sunflowers:

Yes, I think you are quite right that it is supposed to be a pun (having two meanings), mainly I think so because the DVD was released in fall, her name is Sakura and they often do puns similar to this in the IV industry.
