On javlibrary, you can find free download links for SKND 16-24, 26, 30, 31, 33, 45, 47-49, and 53-57.
They are mainly depfile links to large single (unsplit) files, typically around 1.5 GB, but the download speed is very good (for me, anyway).
SKND 30, 31, 33, 45 and 47 appear to have aspect ratio problems, which can be fixed via SamKook's remux to MKV method.
SKND 48 appears to have a frame rate issue. Remuxing to MKV lessens, but does not completely fix, the problem. Perhaps someone can find a solution?

Also on that site, you can find pokpokpok's SKND-063 (premium) subyshare link.
The original poster, javpopbiz, has recently placed links there to a large collection of Sakura Kikaku titles, including many newer and previously unobtainable titles.
They are all premium subyshare links to large unsplit WMV files, and can also be accessed via the poster's own site: javpop.biz/vip/sakurakikaku.
Alas, I do not have a premium account and my connection is neither fast nor stable enough for me to download subyshare files of this size (hint, hint), so I can't guarantee they all work.
The titles available are: SCN 54-73, MPD 37-56, SKND 50-74, RC 01-16, R 06-20, M 08-12, H 05-09, and E 01-02.
