But I dont understand why she deleted her twitter before, she had a twitter long ago, like in early 2015 I think, but she deleted it and created a new one recently. Does it mean she doesn't use twitter in that time?

I agree that she looks different but it's her. She took couple of pics outside in casual mode. Maybe she changed her twitter because of her new name as her former agency created the previous one.
